Internal Devastation

Beaten down and bruised, not physically but emotionally. Ego tarnished and tested you attempt to rebuild your self image and hope the internal wounds will heal. Many do not realize that broken bones and bruises will heal, but emotional damage can last a lifetime and sometimes can cause the person affected to lose all hope and take the only way out they know.

Whole new Level of Mental Attacks

This day and age brings millions of people together on the Web and opens a whole different realm of abuse and neglect (Trolling and Vebal assaults). Most have been raised to fight back against bullies and to stand up for what they believe in. How can they do this now when the bully is an Anonymous coward behind a screen, getting joy in life from others pain. Sadiatic to say the least, most of these Trolls make it a mission to hunt in a predatory manner , by hunting down the weak and battered people who are already down and out. They find joy in kicking tou while your already down and get a thrill from walking you to the edge.

Finding your happy place

The only defense to these verbal assasins is to inevitably put on a mask and not show the pain you already feel inside. Try as they may, it only angers these bullies to see someone happier than they are and causes them to aim theirbattacks at someone else. In an age of internet domination and a society of online Social media, we must put on a happy face and kill them with kindness. Nothing is more enjoyable than defeating a troll with little to no effort, this also makes them rethink their approach and can inevitably help others who were on their radar.
