Exchange Fees are out of control...examples below
Exchanges have come and gone, with only the strong surviving. Exchanges like Poloniex and Bittrex have been around for a very long time. Today Bitcoins value has far exceeded expectation and has made a number of people very wealthy.
Why are exchange fees still reflecting a 200 to 400 dollar bitcoin value
The Common price to withdraw your bitcoin from many exchanges stands at a whopping 15 to 20 bucks. This has caused less multi platform trading and the demise of many reputable exchanges.

Bluetrade

Poloniex

By far the cheapest with a large selection of trading pairs
Bittrex
.001 to transfer or withdraw... Current USD 11.89
Cryptopia
.002 to transfer or withdraw... Current USD 23.78
This is one of the highest and yet the only exchange with the hot new coin ETN.
Now this is the price of a few of the bigger exchanges...

Poloniex is so high for some reason...I don't know why. I love binance by the way. @ltndd1, you didn't do a review on the rates for binance?

Yea. I use binance a lot. Might not have the cheapest fees, but it works for me.
