One of the most eldest company in cryptocurrencies. The app has been updated and is really easy to use with no bugs.
I did not know Pierre Noizat but its books and blogs about blockchain are really interesting. The team has a really good customer service

I really enjoy using this website. If you have a problem with your funds or BTC, their support team answer far more quicker than lots of platform. I had 2 questions, they answered in less than an hour. It was very personalized and not a generic message. Sometimes, they ask for lots of information, but as I understand, they are really secure and we can see that.
They only trade BTC for the moment but their project of platform with very low fees is really good. You should check this first big French ICO. Finally we would have a complete European complete platform.

Franchement rien à dire!
J'ai demandé 2-3 informations pour m'aider à un peu mieux comprendre les cryptos / blockchain. Ils m'ont répondu dans les 10 minutes et m'ont apporté pas mal de conseils.
Allez vous renseigner sur leur ICO, c'est vraiment intéressant.

Il semble qu'il y ait eu des problèmes fin 2017 / début 2018 mais tout semble être rentré dans l'ordre! Leur support répond dans la journée et ils sont hyper bons en termes de conseils et d'accompagnement

Il semblerait que cette plateforme française ai cessé ses activités. Ils ne répondent plus aux demandes de support et garde l'argent de ses clients. A éviter donc !

The App is easy to handle and really good in look and feel. But you trade on this application - and it happens so often that you get locked out, and you can't trade in peaks which makes you loos money. If you request support it takes a few days - sometimes weeks to get respons. In that time you can't trade. On Fb they read your requests and questions but they just not answer for days - even if you mark them urgent! if you wanna trade use another application!!
