rules?guild linesfor steem?THE TRUTH.

Hey guys,you either came to this post due to a blog i posted earlier or if you came cause you wanna know th truth about steemit's rules/guild lines.
On this website,do you see anywhere,and i mean anywhere where the creators of steem have put rules or guild lines saying what to do and what not to do.
I have been over this site more than 7 or 8 times looking for these rules or guild lines people have been flagged for.
If you were flagged because of theses rules made by the whales or other 'USERS' then leave a comment below and let me know,let steem know and also do not forget to follow me as i will be posting alot of content today.
