Are there actually rules here on Steemit?

Don't get me wrong. I've read the "Quick Start Guide" and the "FAQ" but, they didn't really say anything about rules here. They did recommend a post about community etiquette, but they also said that it's something that's totally up to you whether you'll follow it or not.

So are there rules? Or are there no rules? It seems like making money is the only rule here. Please enlighten me on this. Thanks.
