The strongest feature of hard fork 20 will be resource credits. Steem will change its bandwidth system and move towards a RC or resource credits system.
This system will allow users to power down all their SP and make Steem accounts easily. This system will most likely solve the problem of new users not having enough bandwidth to post on the Steem blockchain.
Users will get resource credits based on how much Steem Power they have. The more Steem Power a Steem user has, the more he will be able to post on the Steem blockchain.
This feature will allow discounted account creation. This will help with creating new accounts cheaply.
