Hello steemians. Who loves to eat a fresh coconut but can't climb, come to Philippines and just pick one fo r yourself !!!

Coconut is good for our body, it helps to increase good cholesterol and lower the ratio of bad cholesterol. It slower sugar release into the blood stream.

The man in the picture is not having a problem. He just have to go around the tree and mins after he for sure harvested many coconuts!! Envy!!!! 🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴😍
Actually his biggest problem is how to carry his lots of coconut.
