Steem To The Stars

My Great Aunt used to make garden gnomes as a hobby.
Cast in ceramic and into the kiln.
I never really paid them much attention.
Until now, that is. Now I'm seeing them everywhere.

Even animals are appearing to me as gnomes.

I don't know who came up with the Steemit Gnome,
I guess it would be easy enough to find out,
but now my pattern recognition is stuck on the
Steemit Gnome Where's Waldo setting.

Every time I glimpse a gnome, it's like a magnet.
It's not obsessive, it's just that I will not always consciously
be aware of what has drawn my attention, so I keep looking,
and if there is a gnome, I know that's what it was.
Once I acknowledge it, the pattern recognition can move on.

I'm beginning to think the Steemit Gnome is
becoming one with the very fabric of the universe.
