What Is Improv Dance?

I get asked this question a lot.
That little shake you do at a wedding dance or when you go out with friends and feel the beat, that is improv dance. There is no right or wrong way of moving.

It is creative or personal expression spur of the moment. Just dance. Make the music come to life with movement.

        Cool vid thanks for sharing. Awesome to see someone sharing what they are passionate about. Some of those stretches i dont think I could pull off lol but maybe ill try it would be funny to watch. Thanks again!
