Upvoted and followed. In my estimation, there's no such thing as a "victimless crime" -- if you are prosecuted for such, then the state is the one creating the victim. Also, if you are prosecuted for such, loudly ask, "WHERE IS THE VICTIM?"

Only humans can be victims, not corporations. But, they've eroded that quite a ways, as well...
