I was thinking of this throughout the day and I thought of something this would be perfect for. You know how statists are always asking, "who will build the roads?"
Well by fundraising the road through Steemit upvotes OBVIOUSLY. But really though, this could a be a legitimate solution to the road issue. So next time a statist asks me that question, I'll have to give them a link to this post. @lgm-1 you're a genius.
Platforms like kickstarter have already begun to host projects related to municipal projects / infrastructure like roads! There was a bridge project a few years ago that was the first of its kind. But with steemit, there's even more opportunity... you don't need any third party involvement. Steemit could pave the way to the future. (Pun intended) Thanks @steemrocket :)
