I consider this guy a spammer/scammer. I had to mute him because of his nonsense.
Resteeming to a bunch of follow4follow is as close as you can get to scamming without technically scamming. It's distasteful and I don't like that he profits from it.
yeah absolutely.... it's so clever because its like technically he is not doing anything wrong... and technically he does have 9000 followers (even though its only cuz he's following 32000)
whoever it is has done a clever job of doing something they can profit from but not get in trouble for, and you are right its super distasteful!!
