Steemit SWOT Analysis
Undoubtedly steemit is the revolutionary agent within the social media platforms, but like all existing thing, it has its strengths but also its weaknesses, so I elaborated a swot analysis of steemit to be able to have a more objective view of the platform.
If you are not familiar with the swot term, the following image will explain it briefly.
Is a great marketing tool and you can apply it basically to everything
STRENGHTS
- Steem is recognized as one the best coins so far.
- Steemit dominates the social media side of its sector.
- 2000+ members joining everyday.
- Is a revolution in social network.
WEAKNESSES
- Cryptocurrencies are not well known yet.
- It lacks a tutorial system for new users.
- The platform is absorbing low quality content.
- Poor advertisement.
OPPORTUNITIES
- Long term value potential.
- Insfrastucture development potential.
THREATS
- Competition that guides new users easily.
- Another platform with better organic growth opportunities.

Great post however I think another big weakness is the centrlised user hierarchy and th abuse of false flagging by larger users to managing dominance.
@leviatan7 thank you for the SWOT analysis which I enjoyed for remembering business books I read years ago with it before I had a self-sustaining business and now today it is real!
