For voters, the income is basically unchanged. The rewards is the same as 5 votes and 40 votes in return,, the amount of whale's work has been reduced.But it is a bad news for newbies. 社区在往更加严格的方向发展，一时的改变还很难说是好坏。只是希望事实是在朝着好的方向发展。
