The wisdom of crowds is the process of considering the collective opinion of a decentralized network in order to estimate the answer to any profounding question.

So, to you I pose this question, knowing that this is one of the most individualized, decentralized, available networks:

What do you believe to be the fair value of an individual bitcoin?

Please note the following:

It's current price of 13,956$
The addition of bitcoin futures trading in the next two days, allowing institutional​ investors to not only take short positions in bitcoin but also the expected increase of volume from 10 billion to around 50 billion.
