So its not about making more money but the fact that haejin was taking so much from a shared reward pool that would be unable to sustain that type of activity in the long term and would just lead to an earlier downfall of steemit (see here) and it wasn't just bernie but there were witnesses (thats a long story to explain) that were also commenting on it and though it was bug in the system that a single person was earning so much of he reward pool (in december he took roughly 7.8% and per week he took what rounds to roughly 2% of the reward pool payouts or something like that, not completely certain on the numbers as I do not want to go searching through 1000's of transactions in the blockchain, leave that to the witnesses)
