@transcript-junky As stated earlier, we have never scammed a single person in our lifetime and have always implemented 100% fairness in all our activities. Having said that, if we are found guilty, we will not only fully compensate you but we will also compensate everyone by adding more funds to the extent that we can. We just want to request you to keep an open and neutral mind until the audit process is finished. Thank you.
An open and neutral mind will INDEED be kept, and I am actively working behind-the-scenes on taking LAWFUL preparatory action (aka : "discovery"), with RELEVANT professional agencies/organizations (based on my formal legal education, as well as consultation with some practical attorneys in my network, to achieve a solution to this issue which is "provably fair" and ULTIMATELY for the protection of the community here (especially those who have lost Steem as a result of fraud allegations. Now that some more legitimate higher level administrators are aware of (and being update on) the issue, and have expressed serious concern I intend to continue with LEGAL methods to ASSIST the community in finding a resolution to this.

Nope. I want ZERO correspondence with you. I KNOW that something is "fishy" with your operation. The key is finding out exactly WHICH part of what you are doing is "not right". I believe that time will sort that out. That's my prediction. And I WILL be continuing to monitor your operation, and ready to take action if/when that time comes. Fairbet is just ONE guy out there (and he is also anonymous) and so his take on this issue is NOT the final one - although his efforts are commendable. As I have said in a previous comment, you are now on notice, and are being monitored.
