Well we went through the sign up process step by step. Step 1. Enter her email. Step 2. Go check her email and click the verification link which took us to a page that asked for a cell phone number. Since she has no cell phone that's where we're stuck. If there's an alternative I'd like to know about it in order to help her.
did you ever figure this out? My son got locked out of his account... some mess up while setting up. His username is linked to a password that doesn't work and his phone is already in use for that account, so he can't start again with a new account.
