RE: Response to : The Rise of Identity Theft on Steemit. Here's my solution to the problem! @anyx @ned @dan

i still disagree, you only see the current system with 25000 users. if we have 100.000 users, the rewards will be 1/4 of now. yes you may have 4x the users, but you will have 4x the introductions. so the rewards will go down. there wont be 3000$ for a introduction post, the average earnings go down to 800-1000 if the usernumbers change.

so you are addressing a solution to a problem which is only in place because there is limited numbers of people here.

the only problem which has to be addressed is, if people use celebrity accounts and get huge amounts of money through these fake accounts.

What you don't seem to factor is the steem price with a user base of 100 000 will skyrocket. The biggest asset of a social network is the user base so yes if we reach 100k the demand for steem power will become bigger and your steem power you hold now will be worth a lot more knowing how hard it will be to earn.

well, i dont think the price will be affected too much if the numbers go to 100.000.
if we reach 1million, yes , but a lot is already factored into the p rice of 3$ atm for steem.

still, content is content, and if the majority decides a intro is worth 5000$ , than be it, that person still made a good intro, even if it was fake.

i still believe it will work out in the future, for example now the liquidity rewards are going away as people gambled the system. i think the steemit team will make the right decisions
