I upvoted your post. Still all non-native English speakers do not have an alternative than to post in English, as the local languages are too weak on Steemit now. I am building up a network of Local Ambassadors (so far German, Russian, Spanish, Dutch, French, Chinese etc.) so we can promote the local languages, but it will take some time.

For the near future, I will require authors to present me with proof-read versions of their post, as I am not a native English speaker.
