For quite some year I've been suffering from food allergies ,essentially more and more food I eat is becoming a problem,
starting with eggs.
Soya I'm afraid to say is in a whole lot of stuff out there from face products to chocolate and is a real problem as it is hidden

A daily battle of reading labels and taking antihistamine allergy pills

some days I don't want to eat and I'm too frightened

it was all a bit rushed very annoyed as I waited an hour to be called in then was rushed though as I was the last and they were all either leaving or going for dinner
the consultant never really listened and the test was rushed !

I have a few questions for you.

Do you remember a time when you didn't have allergies?

Which was your first allergy? How bad was it?

When did you start taking medications?

Did the nature of your medication undergo changes?

Am I a doctor? No. But neither do I believe in incurable conditions.

Nope... not even death (to a point).

always had a problem with eggs car accident medication now no medication
health eating soya became a problem and now types of fish ect
usually with in two hours or sooner of offending substance
i have been told the the fish made be farmed with feed of soya

the last 12 months have become unpredictable

but I certainly don't want to be taking antihistamines every day

Thank you kindly for the response.

Yes it makes sense that fish fed with soya might trigger a soya-based reaction. That would spark the question as to whether fish canneries are legally obliged to indicate soya in their fish feed.

Also... are you equally susceptible to both egg white and egg yolk?

I am sorry that the kind of allergy you have you cannot simply steem through like lactose intolerance or such.

I wonder if the anti-histamines are necessary when you are 'not' in contact with the sources of your allergies...

Apparently prevention is better than cure the consultant said so prevention antihistamines not so sure about that myself .
Avoidance and finding the culprit my gut feeling also wonder why the food contamination in the world and the use of pesticides agents to help preserve or make things cheaper

Thank you for tolerating all these questions.

I have an odd suggestion - that I suggest thaty you run past your doctor.

Might one way to deal with an allergy be to train the body to handle them?

This apparently has some grounds in the case of peanut allergies but managed low dose exposure to the antagonistic source might result in the building of tolerance to it over time.

Again. I am not a doctor - nor a nutritionist - but it 'may' be worth exploring with your GP's guidance.

Hi,
I'm not allergic to food, but when i was 10 my hay fever begun.

Every spring on a sunny day i had to stay at home. When i only just did one step out of my house my whole face gets swollen.

I took meds like anti-allergics and other sh*t. It helped a little bit in this moment, but it just masks the problem itself.

I visited a natural heal practician, and he said something to me what i'll never forget.

He said that meds mostly will not heal you. They just hide the symptons. When you have allergic reaction, the body try to say you "hey, something it's wrong with me, i'm missing something".

This means, you don't have to hide your symptons with meds. You have to look first that your body has everything he needs to be stable and to do his work (like vitamines, minerals etc.). Another important thing is, that our bodys are full of sh*tty substances from our food which is full of chemicals. Our bodys are getting weak so thats where these reactions come from.

I wish you all the best and i hope you'll get better soon.

Stay healthy, best wishes! :)

that is very correct i ve heard vaseline helps prevent pollen entering the nose and wearing sunglasses for eyes it is true hopefully you will find a solution too its so sad when you have to stay home
my partner knight says well at least you eat healthier food and no processed food is a good thing

Yes it helps,
But now after 14 years, it's not that bad anymore. I looked to my body, eat healthier, did a body detoxification and do some outdoor sports. I read a lot about it. I begun to eat local honey and took black carraway pills. You cannot imagine how much this helped. :-)

And the detoxification was very helpful. perhaps, could this be something for you?

Best wishes!

sound like your on it eating heathy
detoxification and honey is fantastic
I do sprinkle bee pollen and honey on my breakfast and use chia seed and many other
for detox I used milk thistle for 2 months

This sounds very good. Keep on :-)

I mean complete detoxifications like cleansing diets...

I found a very interesting article:
https://www.globalhealingcenter.com/natural-health/11-natural-methods-for-detoxing-your-body/

Take care

milk thistle is a natural live cleanse which then intern helps the body process toxins also dandelion i have used many of those methods in you link
it is a very good link and a interesting read and i think every one would benefit from theses
