tho it seems I've seen some evidence of tampering that is possible still, it seems much, much more difficult.. and when compared to other mediums (websites hosted.. archived.. ) all of which are only 'verified' untampared by comparing them to each other, and even then they changed constantly over time.. the block chain stores these changes..
