Steemit Reward System Sucks. But Smile it is Still a Free Money.
Steemit is it worthy of my time? When the price of steem and sbd are high, it feels like everything is okay even I spend a lot of time here on steemit. But now that the price falls below $3 I became confused. Yeah I should take the opportunity now while steem and sbd price is low, because who knows before the end of this year steem price will soar high above $10. If that happens my steem voting power will be 3x the value of what I can give right now.
Steemit rewards is also frustrating because the rewards that we see in our posts are not exactly the reward that we are receiving. In fact it is the quotient of that amount in SBD. So if you have $15 rewards it only means you will only get $5 SBD and divide the another $5 (if you set the reward 50/50) to the price of steem (example 2.5 is the current price of Steem to dollar) then all in all you will only get 5 SBD and 2 steem out of that $15 reward. Another frustrating thing here is each day your reward is dropping every day. You may have $26 rewards on your first day of posting but on the 7th day your $26 reward will like become just $19, divide it to three and you will only get $6.33 SBD and $2.53 steem power(if the price of steem is only $2.5.
If you are new to steemit you would probably say steemit scammed you after you received your rewards. You should know that 25% of your rewards actually go to the curators and more or less 5% to 10% will go the system or you may say to the creators of this platform.
But still steemit is a good place to spend your free time because from shit post like this you can still earn small amount of cents out of it like $.01 LOL the best part of it is that reward will be divided into 3 so be happy if you get $.003 reward LMAO

I sometimes feel that way, but what better way to spend your time than Steemit. It's so much better than doing fb.

if you have $15 potential rewards, you will get roughly $22.30 with 50/50 setting.
What makes steemit rewards SUCKS, when you expect to much!
we should know also who gives the rewards, knowing those co steemians are the source of rewards can be means too that they are sucks?
where did you get that $22? what I am saying on my post is based on my experienced this week.
what I mean is that if your potential rewards is $15, what you really get after payout is $22,, as caculated 50/50 rewards

Steemit.com does not get any % from rewards.
I think you are calculating based on the app and not based on what is actually happening.
