After HF we are closed everywhere pretty much so dont jump for arbitrage on spikes as you wont do it.

Bittrex was open for deposits/withdrawals again 2hours after HF 22... and it still is.
So I don't really know why you have it in the title.
the moment i did post it wasnt, so ive assumed all are closed all time. seems they were just moving servers or so
hitbtc is scammer
Any timeframe when the markets will be open for Steem again? I’ve got some BTC that I wouldn’t mind using to boost my account.
