I assume it's either the girl herself but she has a language barrier and doesn't recognise that we need some kind of verification before we start giving many upvotes, or more likely it's just an imposter doing low-effort reposts from someone else's social media accounts who has managed to get a handful of upvotes.
The second option is more likely; if you google the image, it's all over the internet.

It was just a handful of upvotes and a total of $0.03. I've flagged it now after seeing that you are correct with a reverse image search.
