You never know the exact bottom, but you can look at the charts. They give a lot of information about the past. That way you can decide for yourself what a good price is to buy. I did not know for sure that the bottom was at $0.07, otherwise I would have bought a lot more. But the charts told me it was a good price to step in. It's alway a gamble. Next month the price can be back at $0.07 or way up at at $1. Nobody can tell you that.
Always buy at the bottom :-)
