Back to "Minnow to Minnow" update program, today I re-open the program, only at this stage I delegate to 3 account only, it happened because of limited SP that I have.

So our current rule is.

• Third please wait for the next news on the next update

• Just a list of your names or your friends.

Terms of the account that you can list on this program.

1. Have joined this platform for a maximum of 8 months.
2. Maximum has 100 SP (including delegate)
3. Never get reprimands or sanctions by @cheetah, @steemcleaners, and @spamminator.
4. Active steemit users.

This program was born due to limited bandwidth owned by a minnow, and is expected with this program can help overcome the bandwidth thing.
