This is the real truth, I have thought about this a million times, and for this reason I am doing my best with daily learning to organize my posts, but can Nepotism be ruled out of the game? its really difficult how some valued posts go unnoticed but when you get to see some trending posts you'll wonder???????? Thought I was alone in this,..........let quality post get quality rewards.......let's work that out people.

Some lazy folks will still come and post just to earn without learning, it cannot be totally eradicated. But it can only get better.

But how do we define quality posts, this is one question that has different answers.
What is quality to you that gets your 100% may be rubbish to Mr B. So how do we define quality.
One thing that keeps me going is this;
It may take time but it will pay off someday.
