it is apparently the cumulative amount that counts, so it if the total votes are above 0.02 or 0.03, it will payout. Anything less will turn to dust. However, as @thekittygirl says, @dustsweeper is a service that can counteract this issue so if you are worried about this affecting your account in any way, it may be worth looking into. I will be looking at it too, but need coffee to get my head around it so it will have to wait until tomorrow lol
Sounds way above my head, i will need help, why do they have to make things difficult :(
