Question (perhaps glitch) regarding powering up

On the 6th of december I chose to power up the 0.033 cents I had in my steemdollars on site. I was under the impression that this would take a week and take the average value of steem to power up. However, my transfers says it is still in conversion. Is this a glitch? Or is there something changed in the meantime in terms of time to convert? (not that it is a big deal for me, but perhaps if it is a glitch it should be fixed)
