My contest ideas:
1)#abbreviations
You make a steemit post with the abbreviation for the day, like
IMYOSLY
I met you on steemit last year
The abbreviations can range from 5-10 letters, you may give a hint like, related to HIMYM

• The contestants need to post their guesses in steemit chat channel.
• A contestant gets only 2 (or 3) guesses.
• All guesses must be posted together to make tracking easier.
• If multiple people guess correctly, the first person to guess it right wins.
• If no one gets it right, the person with closest guess wins.

2)#WhatWouldYou
You make a steemit contest post for the question, like:
What would you do to convince Tom Cruise to star in the next MI movie?
What would you use SMTs for?
What pickup line would you use on Jennifer Aniston?
What would you do when aliens arrive?
... the possibilities are endless.

• Contestants post their single best innovative entry into Steemit chat.
• There could be a word limit (50 words) and time limit (within 5 hours).
• The best entry wins - either by judging, or community voting.
