I think the group should make a concerted effort to reach out consistently to new users introducing themselves. Inform them of the existence of the group and the chat where they can be assisted. It's easy for a group like this to fall Into the cracks where the newer users who actually need the help don't even know the help is available.
Agreed. Some had done this in the past when they had the time, but no longer are in the position to do so. Would be great to find others to take over. Thank you for your time and reply.
A bot could be made to post the information, however some coordination with whales would be needed to ensure the bot isn't rewarded or flagged. The info only needs to be visible to the new user.
Could be an idea to explore and investigate further into a plan.
