I will just downvote such content until there are some sort of filters. Not everyone wants to be forced to see that, and since it shows up in thumbnails they don't have an option.
I mute the person. Then the post and all their other posts disappear.

Well they should submit under nsfw tag or nsfw-porn tag or something.
