Well it depends on what the wishes of the community are. People support unique ideas, and yes of course I wish I had $10000 but I'm glad she was successful with what she did.

Now on the other side of the coin, releasing balloons into the environment can be very toxic and also harmful to animal life, so I cannot condone this.
