Yea, men, you absolutely right, and also we are must keep in mind, that any hierarchy can be created in flat decentralized community, using votes on blockchain. For example, if most of people in some community, needs to delegate some kund of responsibility to the some expert, they are can approve his professional skills by voting for it and give him possibilities to be a front-man of community, or make some final dessisions, or solve different problems, like technical, or legal, or even political questions, then we are bring to world realy fair direct democraty, because that "democraty", what we are have today - it is just dirty porody on it, its based on lie and money, instead in people needs.
