What is the best Steemit "Mining Rig" or Computer Build?

I am looking into a computer build that is perfect for using Steemit.com, but also very budget friendly.

The Build:

Intel Pentium G3260 3.3GHz Dual-Core Processor
This is a very sturdy, entry level processor that is perfect for using steemit. It allows for high single core performance, which is good across single steemit tabs.

Cooler Master Hyper T4 70.0 CFM Rifle Bearing CPU Cooler
A very simple cooler for the cpu.

MSI H81M-P33 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
This is a micro ATX motherboard that is perfect for holding everything that steemit needs to run very well.

Team Dark 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
This is one of the most important parts of this rig. It allows many open tabs. You can have many different steemit categories and tabs open with 16 Gigabytes of memory. It is very helpful for this.

Western Digital Caviar Blue 320GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
This hard drive is a little bit of a luxury, but it was $20. It is perfect for storing chrome and whatever other things you would like to use to be able to use steemit better.

Asus GeForce GT 710 2GB Video Card
This is a little video card, just in case you want to do some basic processing in something like windows movie maker, and maybe help bring some more youtubers to steemit.

HEC Voyager ATX Mid Tower Case
A very nice, and decent looking case with a space on its side to put the Steemit logo if you so choose.

Logisys 480W ATX Power Supply
A very hefty power supply, just in case you want to do some serious cpu and gpu overclocking.
