Smart Media Token Video Gaming
I'm wondering if there are applications for gaming with special gaming tokens that can converted to Steem. I haven't read the white paper on the Smert Media Tokens just yet - but just from watching a video from @JerryBanfield - it seems like this would create the opportunity to have a video gaming website where players can compete with each other and win crypto. I would really like to see someone develop something like this -or work with someone to help bring it to fruition - can you imagine how widely adapted it would be if you could play "call of duty" style games ? Where you can win crypto for things like being MVP, or being on the wining team , or finding things in games, headshots - basically all the stuff you use game tokens for anyway but it would be monetized. It could be applied to racing games. fighting games, fetch quests, or basically any game. Even a game like Minecraft could literally mine for crypto by digging and creating structures in-game. These are just some thoughts that Iv'e had thoughts about for a while - I really hope there is a team out there right now figuring out how to program it to make it happen. Let me know what you think. Would you like to see video gaming platforms that allow players to win crypto?

I think that is an excellent idea, though I do think it should be limited, or everyone will be at home gaming for money, and no one would be doing any work :D
Yes - I agree with you - ideally - the amounts would be really small , much like the bitcoin faucets that only pay 50 satoshi at a time. You could also set it up so that there is a small entry fee like 100 satoshi and maybe you start with that amount as your credit - but as you get hit/lose the race/die ( whatever ) - you lose a few satoshi to the opponent who bested you - this continues till the end of the game / round and you walk with whatever satoshi you have left ( if any) or you walk with a pile of winnings.. yeaaah! :)
