Cerebrating 100 days on Steemit.
I still can't believe i found this platform.
I can't believe I found a platform which that allowed me to earn money while doing what I love for the first time in my life (a few low-pay commissions notwithstanding.) Seriously, my love for this platform and gratitude toward this community cannot be overstated.
Steemit is unique
I have connected with many people on Discord, We've shared stories.
The community on steemit is truly unique, everyone has a different story to share and connecting with other Steemians is always exciting.
What i have done in 100 days.
During my 100 days on steemit, I have created 100 posts and voted 2454 times on people's posts.
That's incredible!
Blogging on Steemit has become part of me and I still enjoy it as much as the day i joined steemit.
I have reached reputation level 51.1 and almost 413 followers.
Looking back
I remember my first days on Steemit, where my upvotes were less than a penny, I was a little minnow swimming in a big ocean.
Another regret I have from my time here is when I stopped posting for sometime At the time, I was feeling disillusioned and felt like I was no longer writing with any passion or truth, I was only doing it for the money. So I decided to take a break for a couple of weeks.
Looking forward.
It should be obvious to my readers by now that I want to get back to my promotional activities, but that isn't the only thing I want to do on the platform going forward.
I want to find more ways to engage with this community that has given me so much. I'll continue with my already-existing initiatives like posting some tutorials to help new users, but I want to do more. I don't have any ideas yet, but when I do, you'll see them here!
My Advice to new users.
Honestly NO ONE including me makes it after just a week or month or two at Steemit !
Well it seems simple but you have to "exist". In other wards, you have to let people know you're around. And you need to be consistent in posting Content. So many Steemians write a few posts and then stop , post and then come back a month later to post again. That won't work,
My point is, You have to make sure you interact enough to where other Steemians will "know you exist". And they will begin to appreciate what you bring to the platform.
I am glad to reach this milestone.
I hope to continue creating interesting content.
Thank you all.
Congrats! So happy you reached this milestone. And very excited with your honest opinion and as regards success here. True, there is no overnight sensation here. No shortcut. Much like every other human endeavor, success is a product of dedication, consistency patience and passion. A good dose of hardwork is also necessary. We can all get there if we do the right things and do them right. Congrats once more @jordanlove
