Given Steem Inc's audience -- they really should consider doing a few surveys and group meetings BEFORE issuing changes.
The more loyal a base, the worse the changes will be received. @ned -- New Coke? How did that go, dear sir?
The new color is too bright to my taste. =(
Anyway, I just don't get it - why change something which was good?
Are the marine theme destined to leave us too or was it thought to be the better representation of it?..
It actually looks pretty good in nightmode.
The primary reason for the change is the distinction from steem and steemit.
With that in mind, I understand.
Thanks for the hint - tried the night mode and it definitely looks better.
And yes, it gets clearer now, but I still think the logo could be a little more elegant.

The color is awful, they chose one of the colors I hate the most lol. The logo is also awkward. I'm not sure what it's supposed to look like. I feel like it's a "S" with a talking bubble inside but who knows. I guess I will only use Busy from now on.
