How to raise your reputation
The best way to increase your reputation to get votes from people with a positive reputation and, even better, with a lot of voting power.To achieve this goal:
- it's about quality!publish quality posts. Forget quantity, and you have to attract people so focus on the headlines more carefully
- (you can get extra rewards and reputation points for your comments)take part in the discussions
- vote carefully (do not vote for crap posts, vote for appropriate content and authors)
- for increasing your reputation you need to increase the number of your followers so you can be known to many people

The best way to increase your reputation is post as many comments as you can on high quality posts, it will increase the probability of getting upvotes on your comments. Having too many followers doesn't guarantee the high payouts, the quality of followers matters. To me, all minnows should post once week and once they reach on 60 or 65, then start posting 3 or 4 times in a week.

Yeah I totally agree with this. I've gone through and purged the amount of people I'm following because I've noticed that I have 500 followers, but only get 1 or 2 views on a post. I'm working on creating better content and focusing on building a network instead of building a useless number. Making a post on this later today.
