Petition to add subscribe option in every post that's being created

What's up with not having subscribe option in article/post?

I've lost multiple good articles because I thought I was going to read them later but then they disappeared from front page and I couldn't find them without using search function.

Subscribe option is quite necessary so people can browse with "more freedom" and pick and choose what they want to read later.
