Today we are talking about the cure to suffering also known as practicing budhism. A lot of people get the misconception that budhism is a religion when in reality it is just one man's formula for happiness. Science has recently proven this method to be true to a great degree. It can coincide with almost all religions and should be more of considered a way of life rather than religion. Buddha did not claim to be nor was he a god. Now that we got that out of the way we can talk about the practice of budhism in your own life.

Modern practice

I am from the United States. Born and raised. I am no monk. I have found budhism and the practice of its teachings to help me greatly when it came to my anxiety and depression. Even on the most basic practice, which is what I'll show today, you can great improve your quality of life.
First you must understand the four noble truths. These are very straightforward and explain complexities with great simplicity.

Once you have the four noble truths memorized, and you have accepted them as completely true, you can move on to learning the eightfold path. This is your ultimate guideline. Study these concepts to the core and you are sure to increase your positivity. If nothing else maybe you can already relate to a few of these concepts. Take a look and study. Begin to implement this into your everyday life and within weeks your life will change entirely for the better.
