If you really want to build a brand, maybe "Steemers" should write real, tangible content that builds, not content to get paid...

This is my first post so please excuse the ungroomed style. I got into cryptocurrency in 2013 because I've been successful in the cannabis business for the last 20 years observing cash transaction problems for so many reasons. Safety, banks not accepting you, social perception, and the only real option for safety being a gun which I don't subscribe to.
I've always realized living in an underground world that "real voting" power is how you spend your money and what you support, not following the herd. In 2013 I was introduced into cryptocurrency with the concept of mining litecoin over bitcoin which at that point was still so far ahead of a novice that it seemed unattainable. Understanding my abilities and lifestyle, I decided its a better path for me to use Ebay to win miner contracts at (in theory) a discount and mine the cannabis related coins to support the ideology that I want to move forward knowing its a long road to get there.
Years later, due to a stagnant market and me being a farmer, always busy, noticed bitcoin making it's move in 2017. It prompted me to look into my 2013/2014 "work" and realized I needed to sync all my wallets and evolve my original agenda into the new "tech" that is happening and the reason for the hard but eventual adoption of the blockchain and forward tech.
That's my history. I'm going to sit back and see what the response is then explain why I got onto Steemit bc it was to make an investment that I feel the Steemit community isn't protecting/informing people because they are caught up on the money aspect and that's NEVER going to help any project to get where it needs to be.
