I only would like to no why sometimes after bringing up and idea from a another site or from someone post here in steemit you try to improve on them .the stupid robot comes and comment and again why after and upvote you get little or nothing. A lay mans qeustion
It sees when people copy and paste things, or very close to it and flags that, for that reason.
