Hello beautiful ,it has been a long time . I have been well and hope all is going well for you also .
1 thing not going well though is my roof on my house started leaking and it has been about 23 years since it was put on so I will have to put on a new one ,I think I will go with a metal roof this time instead of the asphalt shingles .
