Hey, I'm Oatmeal Joey Arnold, and awesome GIFs for sure. Makes me wonder if there is or will be a GIF focused extension of Steem, like D-GIF or something. That would be awesome. Spread the word and good work with your first 3 months.

Can GIFs be decentralized on centralized websites? Historically, generally, websites are not decentralized which means most things, online, are not decentralized, apart from blockchain network, bittorrent systems, and things like that.
