HUGE Announcement for the Steem Community !

Today I watched the video of @jerrybanfield on Facebook regarding the new Whitepaper launched by @ned regarding ... Smart Media Tokens.
What an amazing news for the Steem world and how, us the community, will enjoy this huge announcement.
Smart Media Token will allow anyone to launch their own tokens for 1$ in the aim to raise funds and make money out of their business. Think about all those websites bringing millions and millions of traffic through their channel and actually not getting any money from "Likes" or "Comments".
Via Smart Media Token, a successful website would be able to create its own Tokens, that we could buy via Steem platform or exchanges and get money from it, same as we do here on Steemit.
For example, imagine the website The Guardian, with millions of visit every month to read their news. Imagine The Guardian creating a Token and adding a widget Steem for comments and likes to their news. As we do on Steem, we upvote and comments to get rewards but now we could also do it on The Guardian website thanks to Smart Media Tokens and get rewards on their own tokens. And obviously, the more people will use the tokens, the more valuable it will come.
We were talking about mass-adoption : what is it better than that to reach everyone?
For me, it is just showing how successful @ned and his team are and how they totally understand the bright path to take.
Thanks to Steem, any website will add a huge amount of users and visitors, which will bring more business to want to advertise with those website. Hence, a double profit : raising funds and making money out of the Smart Media Tokens and also making more money on advertising.
Steem is the perfect platform to use this new protocol as it is 0 fee per transaction and also the platform can work fast on mini-transaction (3 seconds).
This system will work and it will work hard.
Steem will attract more and more investors and new exchanges might decide to trade with Steem, which would bring the price to skyrocket even more.
Why the Steem community will profit to this new protocol ? Because Steem will become more and more adopted by the mass, and imagine what the price per Steem will do. Also, we are part of huge revolution in the blogging industry and internet. Sentiment of pride.
