Has Steemit Snagged it's First UFC Fighter?
It appears Chris Wade from the UFC has made his first official post on Steemit. I reached out to him via private message on his confirmed Instagram account and he confirmed it is really him. The payout of this post will be transferred to @cwademma in steem or SBD after payout. I'm only trying to gain attention to an actual UFC fighter on Steemit. Go upvote and comment on his post.

I didn't recruit him lol but thanks! I am trying to do a lot of outreach though. I just wanted to bring some light to his post. We had @sofielangsford as the first pro mma fighter, @michaelvenompage as the first Bellator fighter, and now @cwademma as the first UFC fighter. Hopefully if these guys do well here, the word spreads and we see more mma fighters join Steemit. It's good for the community here, and great for the fighters as an added revenue stream and a new community to interact with.
I think they'll do incredibly well over time with the communities support. God knows they can use the extra revenue. Imagine that... the first UFC fighter to be on SteemIt. The sky's the limit for these guys. Look how well @michaelvenompage is doing after just one month. With some consistent effort and posting I think the platform can make a really big difference for them and as well help to launch SteemIt to the next level.

His Instagram account is verified. I personally messaged him there to be sure it was really him. He replied yes it was. Have you went to any of his other social media accounts and asked him? I understand the reason why some people would wonder if this was really Chris, and anyone with the stature of fighting in the UFC, should probably be verified, which is why I messaged him on Instagram. I do agree that Steemit, Busy, and other platforms on STEEM blockchain definitely need to have a verification process like mainstream social media. I'm not sure why you say this is why Steem is going down. Steemit is not going down at all, in fact the platform is making strides, and the currency is on a very good run up in value at the moment. The community has done a decent job of vetting anyone of stature who has joined.
thank you for your reply , i didnt approach chris on other social media because i beleive social media is handeled somtimes by the manager and not the fighter, however without desrepsect you are not a credible refrence , and im not trying to accuse you but its very possible that you are the one who created that profile .(since Cwmma is upvoting only your comments) , now instead of arguing , let work togather and make steem better , please get back to Chris on the social media you contacted him and ask him to make a small video or just a picture with steemit logo tell him also to pick a charity compagny and i will personally send 40$
PS: i am huge defender of Steemit that is why im doing all this , i dont want to see steem to become an ambiguous platform ! .
