Trying to Change Something ( Am I paying for that? :) )

After some posts not really good i believe but one of them in particularly that i asked some things that i needed to know about poloniex and I didn't found the answer easily, after some replies with no answer I felt like a small piece in the ocean and that make me think about the purpose of steemit... I just felt ignored here it isn't just because I am an upvoter hunter or something like that.
Most of the users are here just to make some few "easy" money that's true and i don't blame them for that, some of users has more money and instantly invest them into power and grow like an exponential it means that more money make more money and i feel fine about that...

The really big thing here is why we don't sometimes try to discuss some good topics when someone tried to interact with you? why we don't accept other opinions even if they aren't equal like what you think about something? Why some users try to "protect" the big sharks just for getting some hypothetical reward for that? I am saying that because i read some posts from the big sharks and when someone makes a really good comments about what they read explaining their points of view with some good and VALID arguments and some sharks just ignore their comments because they are there just to receive the upvotes and make their money, but others replied them beeing soooooo rude and agressive like when you take the toy from the kid and he starts to scream and cry you know... The impressive thing here is when the shark gets a lot of upvotes from the "followers" and the guy got flagged...
That's a thing that i cannot tolerate ! Everyone have to have the right of the word and the people cannot act like sheeps following the shepherd...
