How can we ban bots?

Downvoting a bot all the time is not convenient. How can we get rid of them once and for all?

Take a look at this person's profiles, either that he is a lunatic that has nothing better to do than to copy and paste content all over the forum, or he's a bot.

    Bots aren't always a bad thing. They can serve a purpose and provide value...

    For example, the bot on this post immediately identified that the article was plagiarized:
